Confession: I'm starting to hate

other people's kids. Our friend's 2 1/2 yo gets on my last nerve. He steals DD's binkies and chompes down on them when you try to get them back. He loves Alaina (he even says so) and wants to give her kisses all the time, but I hate that his snotty face is near hers. He wants to hold her and 2 seconds after you put her in his lap, he tries to wiggle out from under her. I feel like such a biitch, I mean, he's 2, but I really don't want to be around him. He tries to be nice, but I just want to smack him away from her.

And he's just an example. It's like everyone's kids are out to get mine. I sound like a nut now. heh.

My friend's one year old smacked DD on the head and then went through my diaper bag and put a bunch of her toys in his mouth.
I know he does not understand but it is annoying.

My husbands nephew wants to show his love to DS by throwing balls at him...I'm beginning to hate little kids as well.

Totally understand you! I haven't had quite that experience, but when we were moving my IL's also came to help us along with my family, but MIL was babysitting some 9 year old. Moving was stressful enough on top of the fact that I am on amazing terms with MIL right now. So, this little girl being around made things worse. She kept getting into EVERYTHING and was in the way of everyone. She was digging through DD's toys and then when she complained she was hungry, MIL just opened up a thing of our crackers without asking and gave them to her. I finally told DH I was going to push her down the stairs if she didn't get the heck away from me. DH must have believed me because he made her go away.

You're not a nut, you just want to protect your child. In my case, stress definitely got the better of me. :-)

OMG Agreed! MIL is bringing our 3 yr old nephew over and I hte when he touches DD. He constantly tries to take her out of my arms and needs to be right in her face when I bf her- he says she is biting me. He is that close to me that he can see my nipple in her mouth. Ugghhh.
