Sorry I've been completely MIA the last week; I have two awesome reasons though. We had our babies! I need some tutoring lessons to get pics up but will be working on it. They were born via c-section (unsucessful induction) on March 24:
Henderson Lawrence (Baby A) - 7 lbs 6.8 oz 19.75" long born at 7:11pm
Zoe Elizabeth (Baby - 7 lbs 1.5oz 19.5" long born at 7:13pm
We are absolutely thrilled. They are the most amazing things ever. C/s recovery has been good, the babies had their first pedi appt at 6 days old yesterday and they were already gaining back weight (although not to birth weight yet), BFing has been a learning experience, but my supply came early and I'm producing enough for everyone, which is awesome, so really it's been pretty great as well. We stayed in the hospital for four days and then Henderson had to stay an extra night to treat jaundice, so we all stayed in a "family room" type thing - Zoe and I were discharged, we wanted to wait for him before coming home (Never leave a man behind!) - his jaundice has completely cleared up and we're all healthy and happy and home!
I'll update my blog or post the birth story soon. I'm trying to catch up from everything I've missed in the past week - congratulations to all the new mamas!
