stride rite sizing and see kai run sizing

Does anyone know how the sizing compares, DD wears a 5 1/2 in stride rite, and see kai run doesn't do half sizing, would I size her up to a 6 or down to a 5?

    In our experience, See Kai Run run a little bigger, definitely wider.  I don't think I would size down, though.  I would size up and just expect it to take a little while for her to grow into them.   I

    Lyla wears mostly See Kai Runs, and right now she's in a 5 with plenty of room. But her size 5W Stride Rites already seem a bit small. So In our experience. See Kai Runs run a bit bigger. LOVE them... the leather is so soft and comfy compared to the Stride Rites.
