BG 3.0 not waterproof anymore?
I'm having problems with most (but not all, oddly enough) of my Bum Genius diapers. We've been using them for probably about 5-6 months now and that's what makes up the majority of our stash. Well, all of a sudden I am noticing that the outer layer (the PUL?) has gotten super soft on both sides of the colored portion and regardless of how wet the insert is, DS is damp on the outside of his diaper and sometimes his clothes if he's wet enough. What's up with this? They've only ever been washed in Charlie's Soap and that's it.
If I email (or call?) Cotton Babies will they do anything about it? I'm super annoying. They are practically useless now.

If you have had less than a year, yes I would call Cotton Babies.
What do they look like inside the pocket? How does the PUL (colored portion) look? Is it cracked or worn away in any places? And how do you dry, in the dryer or line dry?

Yes, they are def. less than a year old and purchased new.
The inside just looks soft and not as thick/plastic-y anymore. It's not badly cracked, but maybe a tiny bit...
I do dry them in the dryer.
