Lump on my sons chest

My son is 3 weeks old and has a lump uder his left breast, and a smaller one under his right. A friend told me it was swollen glands... has anyone else heard of this?

totally normal....should go away after his hormones regulate...

Yeah, it's from the estrogen circulating in his bloodstream (from you). It will go away.

yup, it'll go away. Don't be alarmed if it looks like he is lactating a bit too. It goes away.
