I put on some weight this winter. Enough that my spring & summer pants don't fit. Ugh.
So, I decided to look at my currant dietary habits to see what I can change. I'm down to one Dr Pepper every other day & have cut myself off from eating after 10pm.
Aiyiyiyiyi. This is hard. I'm soooooo freaking hungry right now!

I'm on week 7 of weight watchers (19lbs down and still not back in my pre-Noah clothes) and I really just want a frickin milkshake. I thought the cravings would go away or at least get smaller. Blegh.

In all seriousness though, I've had to look at my diet as well and eat a lot healthier... It's so easy with stress etc to eat high fat/high carbs because those things are really easy.
I hear ya - I'm a night owl most of the time, too. I'm somewhat serious, though - I've heard that getting enough sleep is important to weight loss... and of course the standardized tests...
I actually think I sleep too much. Do you realize how often I nap????
Well, you are a SAHM - I bet you can blame the bon bons (or twinkies) for the weight gain...
I love being pregnant going in to summer....my clothes aren't supposed to fit! And swimsuits, while hard to find, are supposed to look like a tent!
