Here is the easiest way to upload pictures:

1. Find the picture you want
2. Right click and select "properties" then select and copy the url code.
3. Click on the tree picture above in your post
4. Paste the image URL
5. Change the first dimension to 300 and leave the second square blank. (that way no one has to scroll to see the whole thing)

The only time I use photobucket or tinypic is when I'm trying to share a picture that's saved on my computer.

    Quick question (because I am horrible on computers), doesn't url have something to do with the internet?  So your instructions have something to do with an internet pic?  I am trying to transfer a pic that i have saved to my computer.....

    Well, I used to go through tinypic every time I wanted to upload something.  I didn't know there was an easier way!

    That's OK!  If you want to post one that's on your computer, go to tinypic.com.  Browse for it and upload it.  The best size I've found if you want to do it for a PIP is the website/email one, I think.  They will give you a code to use in forums.  Copy it and paste it into your post and it should work.  The URL one I was talking about is if you find something on the Internet you want to share, like for a PIP war or something.
