WHAT DID YOU EAT TODAY (YESERDAY ACTUALLY) - scone, coffee, banana for breakfast, a Costco polish sausage for lunch
, a salad with chicken for dinner, some gummy candy for dessert.
WHAT HAVE YOU DONE SINCE THE LAST CHECK IN THAT YOU ARE PROUD OF? DH got Jack in the Crack for dinner and I opted for a salad. Talk about restraint!
WHAT HAVE YOU DONE SINCE THE LAST CHECK IN THAT YOU ARE NOT PROUD OF? Not eaten as healthy as I should.
WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS FOR THIS CHECK-IN? Keep my eating in check. I tend to not care what I eat when I'm pregnant. However, I'm starting out heavier this time and don't need to gain much, if any weight. So far, so good! I'll get weighed next week and we'll see what happens.
