    1. WHAT DID YOU EAT TODAY? Sweet and salty nut bar for breakfast; taco salad for lunch; tortilla chips as a snack; spaghetti and meatballs for dinner and 1.5 leftover passover cookies; 2 popsicles.
    2. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE SINCE THE LAST CHECK IN THAT YOU ARE PROUD OF? Just started week two of Couch to 5k and amazingly I made it through the workout.
    3. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE SINCE THE LAST CHECK IN THAT YOU ARE NOT PROUD OF? Ate a ton at our seder last night. Weighed myself and I've miraculously GAINED 5 lbs since I started trying to eat healthy/exercise. How is that possible? I'm only 7 lbs shy of my max pregnancy weight FFS. Disgusting.
    4. WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS FOR THIS CHECK-IN? GOALS SHOULD BE NON-NUMERIC (SO NO "LOSE X LBS", RATHER, "RUN A MILE", "FIT INTO MY PRE-PREGNANCY JEANS", ET CETERA. WE WILL ASK FOR UPDATES ON PROGRESS TOWARD EACH GOAL ONCE A WEEK.Do my next Couch to 5k workout.
    5. QOTD: WHAT ARE YOUR HEALTHY EATING TIPS/TRICKS? ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS FOR QOTD? At work when I get a hot meal to go, I fill the large section of the container w/ veggies and put the less healthy entree and sides in the smaller sections.

    3. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE SINCE THE LAST CHECK IN THAT YOU ARE NOT PROUD OF? I am definitely eating more than the recommended portion size for meals. 
    4. WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS FOR THIS CHECK-IN? GOALS SHOULD BE NON-NUMERIC (SO NO "LOSE X LBS", RATHER, "RUN A MILE", "FIT INTO MY PRE-PREGNANCY JEANS", ET CETERA. WE WILL ASK FOR UPDATES ON PROGRESS TOWARD EACH GOAL ONCE A WEEK.Try to retrain my body to be satisfied with smaller portions.  Snack throughout the day instead of big binges.
    5. QOTD: WHAT ARE YOUR HEALTHY EATING TIPS/TRICKS? ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS FOR QOTD? Today I put nuts out on my table so that when I was a little hungry I would grab a few.  If I kept them in the cabinet, I might have chosen something less healthy when I went to get them.

    1. WHAT DID YOU EAT TODAY? breakfast- a bowl of cereal and a glass of orange juice. lunch- pb & jelly sandwich, pringles, and 2 hard boiled eggs. Snack- Starburst Jelly beans and a pepsi dinner- 2 mini chicken sandwiches and corn

    3. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE SINCE THE LAST CHECK IN THAT YOU ARE NOT PROUD OF? Eating the Starburst Jelly Beans (I just can't seem to stop eating those!!)
    4. WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS FOR THIS CHECK-IN? GOALS SHOULD BE NON-NUMERIC (SO NO "LOSE X LBS", RATHER, "RUN A MILE", "FIT INTO MY PRE-PREGNANCY JEANS", ET CETERA. WE WILL ASK FOR UPDATES ON PROGRESS TOWARD EACH GOAL ONCE A WEEK.  Walk/use the Wii Fit 2-3 times a week.
    5. QOTD: WHAT ARE YOUR HEALTHY EATING TIPS/TRICKS? I try to keep the tempting foods out of my house. Since I am home all day, that is a big temptation for me. If it isn't here, then I can't eat it. ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS FOR QOTD?

  • WHAT DID YOU EAT TODAY (YESERDAY ACTUALLY) - scone, coffee, banana for breakfast, a Costco polish sausage for lunch Embarrassed, a salad with chicken for dinner, some gummy candy for dessert.

    WHAT HAVE YOU DONE SINCE THE LAST CHECK IN THAT YOU ARE PROUD OF? DH got Jack in the Crack for dinner and I opted for a salad.  Talk about restraint!

    WHAT HAVE YOU DONE SINCE THE LAST CHECK IN THAT YOU ARE NOT PROUD OF? Not eaten as healthy as I should.

    WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS FOR THIS CHECK-IN?  Keep my eating in check.  I tend to not care what I eat when I'm pregnant.  However, I'm starting out heavier this time and don't need to gain much, if any weight.  So far, so good!  I'll get weighed next week and we'll see what happens.

    GOALS SHOULD BE NON-NUMERIC (SO NO "LOSE X LBS", RATHER, "RUN A MILE", "FIT INTO MY PRE-PREGNANCY JEANS", ET CETERA. WE WILL ASK FOR UPDATES ON PROGRESS TOWARD EACH GOAL ONCE A WEEK. Feel healthy throughout my pregnancy and keep moving.  I want to be as active as possible.

    QOTD: WHAT ARE YOUR HEALTHY EATING TIPS/TRICKS? ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS FOR QOTD? Eat only what is on your plate and don't go for seconds.  If I want something sweet, I'll try to go for fruit instead of a dessert item.
