I always do. I would even if DH wasn't deployed but its really the only way I get to eat out. Plus if we're out and about and not going home for a while, I can't let DD starve. And she likes the special treats we get when we're out.
if i eat out during the day (while DH is at work) i always take DD. but if DH is home then we all go as a family (if we are already planning to eat out anyway).
its actually easier if its just DD and I. Carrying a conversation with DH while watching/feeding/cleaning/balancing DD can be very stressful (even tho he thinks he's helping)

I've gone out with him to meet friends, but I haven't on my own. DH has, and since he's the one who stays home with him, he is probably the one who it would be more expected of (just with the more meal opportunities). I'm not really one to eat out without another adult presence, though.

we get lunch out every once in a while (like once every few months maybe). if we eat out for dinner it is a special occasion and DH or someone else, like my parents, would be along.

I work full-time and honestly, we very rarely (maybe once a month) eat out as a family, let alone me taking DS out on my own.
