My LO has NEVER STTN...Just turned 6 months and still up twice to eat... I don't know what I am doing wrong. I put her to bed anywhere between 6:45 and 7:45 (when she's tired and our "routine" is done), I never talk to her or engage her in the middle of the night or change diapers... and I try to feed her as much as I can during the day (I EP).
Everyone I know has LO STTN or only waking up once. I don't have a problem putting LO to sleep at night, she goes down fine. I also don't rush to her when she first wakes in the night...but she'll just escalate her talking/coughing/complaining/crying... I have really thought of just letting her CIO and I never thought I would even consider that.................
I'm just tired.
Re: Am I doing something wrong? 6 month old sleep...
Are you doing solids? If so, you might want to add a 2nd or 3rd meal. Try adding another ounce of breastmilk to the bottle to see if that will hold her over for a longer period of time.
GL and bless your little heart! I hope you get some rest soon!
This is us too. She'll STTN when she's ready. I'll get more sleep then

Exactly this for us too... bedtime 7pmish (6:45 tonight), she'll usually wake to eat around 11 or 12, then is up at either 2 or 5am to eat.. Just depends on the night.
