I'm in need of help.

Anyone know of anybody renting out a duplex or condo or townhouse in the Groton/littleton/ayer/Westford/Acton/Concord area?

 DH and I moved here from Maine a year ago for my great new job (but in doing so could not afford to buy again since the market we sold in did not get us what we hoped for our home. That said, we've been renting but hate where we are currently (huge complex, poor mangement)

 We are looking for a duplex or condo or single family we could rent out... anyone have suggestions or know of anyone? We're looking at a June 1 move in date.......

 I've been scouring craigslist, but thought I'd see if anyone here had suggestions. BTW, I'm due july 31.......
