AND i got all jack's easter stuff i ordered in the mail today but UPS left it out, in the rain, where it couldn't be seen and it was run over by our car. all the cute new finger crayons i ordered for jack are crushed. luckily it looks like the other things are okay, but i was SO excited for those damn crayons. Crying

i want a freaking drink.

    I absolutely would. It doesn't save the crayons for Easter but I would definitely complain.

    call and complain. I also would have taken a photo of the unopened package, and then document what was damaged. They may make a claim for the damaged item and pay for it to be replaced. I would also contact the seller, and let them know you were unhappy with the delivery service.

    we had something similar happen with a package from work that we sent to a client. The ups driver threw the package over a locked gate, and it sat out in the elements for a week while the office was closed for the holidays (it was Harry and David fruit!) so it was totally ruined. H&D refunded our full price, sent another nice package, and UPS emailed a form apology note.
