For all the expecting mommies... I don't know if I was just a little slow thinking of this on my own and it's just common sense for most, but I have HATED showering for the past 6 days! At the hospital the water pressure was so painfully sharp that I barely rinsed off before I decided it was too unbearable for my poor nipples. It wasn't much better at home and I so badly wanted a nice, long shower...

Today I finally had the idea to wear a bikini top in the shower... HEAVEN! I was in there forever and I feel SO much better now.

So, moms to be, consider adding bikini top to your hospital bag checklist. The girls will thank you.

That is pretty smart thinking. I remember when my milk came in...oh my the pain! A hot wash cloth across the girls always felt really good too.

Frozen maxi pads and a hot rice bag (available for 10 bux at BB&B) were my friends!

I noticed on one of the nursingwear sites that there is a product that is like a terrycloth wrap--made just for the shower. However, a bikini top is a much cheaper (and chic-er) alternative! Good tip!
