Anyone take or think about taking any of these classes:
Birth Babies and Beyond
Breastfeeding Basics
Are they worth the money?
Do they have a lamaze class?

Personally, not a fan of Palos -- I went to Christ and took the Breastfeeding class. It was worth it in my opinion.

Check out "Cutie Poops and Bottoms"- a children's boutique in Orland (near Trader Joe's on 45). I took a breastfeeding class there with a LLL leader and only paid $10, but then got a $10 gift card for the store. Totally worth it!
We took Birth Babies & Beyond, 4 week version & ended up skipping the last class. I was excited for the class but in reality I don't think it matters if you take it or not. I also wanted to do the maternity tour (which is included in the BBB class) but if you have ever been to Palos to visit someone who just had a baby there isnt anything more to see. And as far as the breastfeeding class (I ended up canceling) I feel they help & explain enough after delivery it wasn't needed.
