all those granny panties everyone told me I would need after my c/s. (I never liked them, I just kept wearing my bikinis) I had to put them on this morning because they kept my belly pooch from jiggling while I tried to do the 30 Day Shred. They weren't comfortable, but the jiggling was too distracting (and way too depressing)

I never wore them either. I kept wearing my thongs throughout pregnancy and after. (ETA not immediately after, of course...)
