This is our first baby and I am just now starting my 2nd trimester. I have been having a horrible time sleeping at (or trying to sleep) night. I really don't know what to do and I need some advice please!!!! I know it's normal to feel tired most of the time and I'm told that that gets better within the 2nd trimester...... but the lack of sleep is making me feel worse now than I did in the 1st trimester.... HELP anyone?!?!?

My suggestions are:
Get at least some exercise in.
Watch your caffeine intake.
Try to avoid napping if possible.
Watch what you are eating, especially in the evening.
These things help me, if you are doing all this and still not sleeping, I would talk to your doc about it.
