*sigh* and vent

I dislike being in a position where things don't work out for the altruistic best.  I know that it is rarely going to work out to such ends, but when it really misses the mark, it is so draining.  I keep wondering what I should have or could have done to have had things work out differently.  It's frustrating and disheartening thinking that you were partly responsible, even just because of your own inexperience. 

Sorry - a bit frustrated at myself and the situation in general.
