Awesome mom moment!

My kids are about to think I rock!  So are the neighborhood kids.  They are about to have milk & "cookies" for lunch.  Little do they know they are super healthy, full of protein & fiber.

    Working in it right now.  This batch was too sweet for my liking so we are reducing the honey and adding in another egg for protein.  They can also be made eggless by replacing the eggs with flax seed eggs.

    The recipe should be ready by tomorrow.  I think this next batch will be the winner. Smile
