I had called last week and spoke to a general customer service rep. She said they are sending me two $10 coupons. Today, a manager called me and I spoke with her for about twenty minutes. She's also sending me a check to cover the cost of the pack of diapers, in addition to more coupons.
She is also going to have someone from the health and safety team follow up with me because of the rash that Ryan had (either because of or in conjunction with the gel issues).
I also gave her feedback on the new Dry Max Cruisers, along with the opinions I've read here and on another moms board I'm on...she asked me to encourage everyone to call them and give them feedback on the new diapes -- she said unless people call, they never know there are "real world" issues.
