Getting me into a gym was almost as hard as giving a cat a bath!
I don't know what happen to me but all of a sudden in this last month it has clicked. I am down 30lbs and have gotten my BMI down to 38ish mostly with diet. I started with walking at the park with my dog. Then for whatever reason I deicded I wanted to try to run. I looked up the Couch 2 5K plan on the internet and I am currently in week 3. I am totally addicted. Im even planing on getting up at 5am Thurs morning so I can got to the gym before my 12 hr word day. Its kind of freaking my DH out LOL.
