Scout gets fixed tomorrow.
I have been overindulging her in treats and loves all day, in anticipation.
This is how sick I am: She is sleeping on the floor with her head on her giant pillow and her duck under her arm (and if she wouldn't wake up, you KNOW there'd be a PIP) and I am sort of crying because my poor baby is going to go through so much.
DH rolls his eyes alot these days.
Re: Tomorrow my little girl becomes less of a woman...
Girl. . . bom bombom bom, you'll be a not-woman soon.

Tomorrow will be hard. I cried when I turned my little Bella over to the vet for her surgery. But he said to me, "You are doing the right thing for her," and I know he was right.
Bella was not herself for three or four days after the procedure, in a lot of pain, kind of squirrely and jumpy, and not playful. We were worried she was broken for good. But no, she bounced back to her normal puppy self in about a week.

I'm more worried for you than for your sweet furbaby.
You and your sweet Scout will be okay! Promise.
