I'm trying to come up with some sort of unique gift for my nephew.. his birthday is on Easter. I'm thinking I *might* be able to get something here in that amount of time if I order this am.... but is that a weird gift for 1 year old?
We gave my daughter play food for her first Easter, which was right around her first birthday. Granted it was the plastic stuff, as it was before I knew the cute felt food was out there, but she loved it. She still plays with it.
I think it's great. DS loves his play food. However I would make sure you don't buy anything with small pieces that can be chewed off because DS would totally do that. He's getting a lot better, but you definitely still have to watch him closely with some things.
Re: felt food for a 1 year old?
Oh, and he still loves to play with them! The milk is his favorite, he LOVES to pour everyone multiple glasses
