Toddlers: 12 - 24 Months

Constant state of exhaustion?

Am I alone here?  I feel like I am constantly exhausted.  I find myself trying to have conversations and yawning in the middle of them (rude, I know).  I can't seem to catch up on sleep.  I get 8 hrs a night at least, but it's interrupted based on getting up to go to the bathroom, being a light sleeper all of a sudden, etc.

I feel like I'm never going to catch up.  I am so tired of being tired!

  • You're pregnant with a toddler - I think it comes with the territory, unfortunately.Wink

  • I would blame pregnancy if I were you, but I too am always tired, not sure what my reason is though. I've had blood work done etc and no diagnosis.

  • I'm also constantly exhausted. I have my annual gyn appointment coming up and I'm getting bloodwork done at that point. I think it will be fine, but I have to wonder why I'm always so tired. I suppose chasing these 2 kids around is wearing me out. I do notice that when I eat 'cleaner' foods and work out daily I feel better.
  • yes.  I feel like I've been exhausted for 2 years.  I could sleep for days and never catch up.
