I like this one. It's more strength training than aerobics, and it's pretty challenging. I always have sore legs afterward from all the squats. I also have a Denise Austin one that I use on more aerobic days and it's a little bit easier.
i really like sthe summer sanders dvd. I enjoy feeling like i have actually given myself a good workout. I would suggest still doing some sort of cardio though, a walk, the bike, elyptical (i have NO idea how to spell that word lol). But acording to the people i have talked to, the workouts you do will not only tone you, but help you in birth and caring baby! (she also has a workout for every trimester)
I really love this video. I'm surprised to find that my legs, core, and arms are still strong, given that I switched from a pretty rigorous workout routine before pregnancy.
It doesn't really have cardio, but I haven't found a prenatal video that does. I walk everyday, in addition to this video, and I sometimes do Shiva Rea prenatal yoga as well.
i also really like this dvd. there's a workout for each trimester as well as a full workout and express workout. her routine is pretty easy to follow as well. i have adapted some of the squars/arm exercises and just do them on my own in the morning if i am running short on time.
