I'm prone to big time sinus issues and later sinus infections but usually just down clarinex, etc. or get antibiotics when I get an infection. I'm very hesistant to take anything at all while pregnant but these sinus headaches are getting worse. Any suggestions?
Re: what to do to relieve sinus issues?
a neti pot or I found this saline nose spray stuff (it's in a can so not as messy) at target that works well.
i have been suffering for years. 2 surgeries later, the sinus rinse was awesome! neti pots work, but the neil med sinu rinse is easier--it's in a squirt bottle. any walgreens or cvs has it. here's a link so you can recognize it when you see it in the store. it's normally on a top or bottom shelf, so hard to spot, but if you ask, they will direct you to it. we also run a humidfier pretty much every night. saline spray is supposed to help, too. good luck!
