I see these as two diff names. Kye-ra and Key-ra. If the latter is what you are after, I would go with Keira.

I spelled it Keira but several people have told my MIL that it should have been spelled Kiera. There are so many spellings that people keep spelling it wrong just as an FYI

Acutally i went to school with a girl named Keira and it was pronounced Key-air-a
I think it's pretty, but somehow it looks fakey to me. It's not, but it just has that feeling to me. I prefer Keira for the spelling.
I really like Ceira actually, but it's not a real spelling.
