s/o Pre Baby Weight

has anyone tried "Alli"? or any other diet drug?

 

I have been tempted to try Alli ... the whole bad connection of anal seepage (possible if you fart)  scared me till I read that only happens if you go over a certain #s of fats and such ... kinda like being reprimanded  lol

    I have been doing WW now for 8+ weeks and am down 16.4 lbs.  I have not once felt like I couldn't eat something, and infact have even strayed a couple of times, and am still losing (I only had 1 week of no lossm, but no gain either)  I wish I started it sooner!

    lol .... it says it CAN happen but it may not happen ... a unusual side affect ... like I said if you go overboard on crappy foods then it's like being punished ...

    yikes no thanks lol. i find writing down what i eat with the calories has helped me. lots of friends have had good success with weight watchers. me not so much. GL hope you dont choose seepage

    I tried Alli a few years ago, and I had uncontrollable oil discharge, it was awful. I don't' take diet pills anymore as they destroyed my thyroid.

    Also, I'm sure you know this, but the only sure fire, SAFE way to lose weight is by eating right and exercising. If there was a magic pill that made us all a size 4, do you think there would be ANY overweight people?

    I only looked at this post to see your siggy, LoL.

    But I know a few people on it and as long as they don't eat too much crap, they haven't had any problems.
