Thirsties Duo Wraps

Have you found these to be too big for newborns? Currently I have these in my NB stash, to use with KL0s - are the Kissaluvs "bulky" enough to create a snug fit for the Thirsties Duo Wrap? What about prefolds?

Just wondering if I need to pick up some XS Thirsties Wraps, which I'd kind of like to avoid if at all possible...

They looked big to me, but when I used them they were fine They came up over the cord, but because the diaper was well below that, it stayed dry.

On the smallest setting they fit a little more trim than the XS if I remember right.

We're using them. I think they fit great! Sophie wasn't a tiny newborn, though.
