ooh me! jack had chocolate pudding after dinner last night for the first time. he kept saying "mmmm! MMMMM!!!!" as he ate it by the fistful. he also rubbed it in his hair and arms saying "niiiiiice". DH and i couldn't stop laughing, and DH and he went straight to the bath tub after. it was messy and adorable!
Eli had his 4th birthday this past Thursday and his party was Saturday. He had SO much fun. He was so gracious to everyone and DH and I were so proud of him. After everyone left after his party, he said "it was a really good day." It made all that effort and preparation all worth it. My heart was so full :-)
Then on Sunday we went to do pictures for Eli's 4yr and Evan's 6 months. We went to Picture People, and we were stuck there for.ever but both boys were SO good for pictures and otherwised. We were blown away! It was the first time that Eli completely cooperated. He posed like she said, smiled, and actually looked at the camera. He certainly doesn't do that for me but whatever works! Evan was equally as cooperative...as much as a baby can be anyway. We got so many great shots. I couldn't be happier...well except for all the money we spent buying pictures :-) Let's see if I can share some of them...
After this weekend the house is clean, the laundry is done, the house is full of freshly baked bread, and we have our last (potluck!) Bradley class tonight!
Another positive POV: our little girl is not going to be premature, she will be fully formed and strong when she comes out, DH is going to be able to finish up some work projects before he takes a few days off with us, and we are going to be soooo ready to meet her!
1. Homemade bread 2. Fully prepped the garden - DH is going to build a pest-deterrent (chicken wire) and then we can plant. I will post pics because it's a great example of gardening in small spaces since I have virtually no backyard. 3. The kids spent yesterday outside with DH so I got the house cleaned up. J was running around in his underwear (backyard) and was so happy!

DD graduated to a convertible car seat!
We got a lot of comments on her amber teething necklace.....no snide remarks for putting a necklace on a baby.
DD rolled from back to front this morning....twice.

We got our tax return money and I promptly turned around and paid off two credit cards with it! I've never been so happy being responsible.
Got a ton of cute baskets and organizational bins for the nursery. Love making progress in there.
DS is full out running and is discovering how to play tag with the puppies. It's adorable
