    I had to take Pepcid or Zantac throughout my pregnancy due to severe acid reflux.  I would wake up in the night choking on my own stomach contents...no fun. 

    My reflux ended the day I had Caroline.

    I take one (Zantac) in the AM as soon as I get up before I eat, and one about 1/2 hour before I eat dinner.

    I still have pretty bad reflux even with it... but it is 100 times better than w/o.
