Pillows for toddlers?

I feel silly asking this...DD is going to be moving into her big girl room later this week, yay!  I need to buy pillows for her new bedding, but I'm curious if toddlers should have a certain type of pillow (extra firm) or if anything goes with them.  Thanks!

    We just bought a cheapo one from wal-mart because he didn't really even use it.  He still doesn't.

    Abbie never used the big pillows, although she does now.  I bought her a Snow White and an Ariel one from the Disney store and she loved sleeping on those instead.

    We gave DD my king size pillow which I had flattened out for her. =)  And she sleeps better with it for some reason...I did get new pillows for her, but it was just too high and it even hurt my neck when I used it.

    I found a kid pillow at Bed Bath and Beyond. They fit in a standard case but are flatter and a little bit shorter.

    I haven't looked for them but I've seen mentioned on other boards that Ikea sells toddler-sized pillows.
