Max has a couple pairs of Chuck Taylors that I love! The high tops have a zipper at the ankle so they don't need to be laced up every time (although I don't know what sizes they do that for; P might be big enough that they're just regular.
He has some cute Vans-style Cons too... we got them at the Converse store at Great Mall for like $10 each!
Journey's in the mall (they had these really cute DC skate shoes that are velcro but the velcro has laces on top so they look like they lace). I've also bought shoes at Kohls, but it isn't my favourite. His current pair is a pair that caught my eye at Target.

We are still doing Stride Rite even though I think they are kind of silly expensive. But now we have the excuse that Sam will wear them too since they seem to hold up really well.
I always wait for their buy one, get one half off sale.
Will has very wide feet, so Target and others aren't really working for us, though we did get a pair of flip flops at Old Navy that he loves.
The boys' last 2 pairs of shoes have come from Target. I've been pleasantly surprised that they have lasted this long. Otherwise, I do have our shoe fund for a pair of Keens that I will be getting for them for summer. I do love Nordies, but not the prices.
We used to do Stride Rite but the cost started to turn me off, especially with how quickly he was outgrowing them. We purchased his last few pairs of shoes at Payless and I plan to buy a few pairs of Keens for him for the summer from REI when they go on sale.

Stride Rite, I am a quality over quantity kinda girl when it comes to shoes myself so I get J a few really good pairs of shoes. Recently I went on a sandal hunt and checked out keens, tevas and stride rite and SR won easily even though they all cost about the same. For the first time we checked out the outlet thought and I felt like the prices were reasonable, it was buy one get one half off so we got this summer's sandals and falls everyday shoes for $45.

Mark bought Ty a pair of Saucony sneaks about a week or so ago. Ironically, MIL took Jake to Nordies and ended up buying him the exact same pair without knowing Ty had them at home. lol. I am a huge fan of Nordies return policy, customer service, and selection.
However, once the boys are sized I typcially head to the Stride Rite outlet. We hit the outlets on our way home from Sac and bought each of the boys one more pair of shoes as the SR outlet was having a buy one get one half off sale *runs through April 4* Stride Rite also makes Saucony shoes and both boys seem to really like those.
Both boys will also be getting a pair of Keen sandals when it warms up.

Nordstroms Rack. They have some good deals (especially during their 20% additional off shoes sale).
Since DS has wide feet, we love Vans and the Morgan & Milo brand.
Also check out 6pm.com. They sometimes have addition % sales off on different brands each week.
