Nursing is so hard!
I'm on day two of our nursing vacation and it is so hard! I feel like I'm starving my babies and I am so worried about dehydrating them. It was a really tough night and I'm so ready to just give up.....but no, must give it a good hard try.

It is hard, I can't imagine how much harder with twins! Hang in there, you're doing great. Try not to worry about dehydration, but do keep an eye out for a drop in wet diapers, etc. We're here if you need us!
It is hard. If you need any help please call. Also, I made this recipe this weekend but made it as bars instead of cookies and they were awesome snacks. I added almonds and coconut and it rocked. They would be an easy, one hand food for you.

Good Luck, If they are still having wet diapers you should be ok but if you are worried keep an eye on their soft spot if it is sinking in they are dehydrated and are not getting enough.
Do you feel like you are increasing your supply? Did they have a hard time sleeping or did they just want to keep nursing? I'm not to sure if I would be able to do it...I hope if I needed to I would.
Be sure to take care of yourself, try and get some rest and eat lots of protein
