  I have with no ill effects...but vicodin doesn't do much for me...at all...besides make it hard for me to sleep.

  Don't do it.  For several reasons, biggest being the obvious, don't mix pain killers and alcohol.  Also, it has tylenol (acetaminophen/apap) in it.  Not a good mix with alcohol.

  I don't even drink when I take Tylenol so I'm probably no help.

  Are you SURE it isnt wise to drink while on painkillers? I mean, it makes sense to me. One painkiller + another pain killer = nice and painless.
