weird BG3 leak up front?

we haven't used our CDs for a while (bad rash, travel, sick mama who couldn't manage the laundry, etc). DD is up a size/setting since we were last using them.

we *USED* to use BG3 with extra hemp insert for overnights. we've done it 3 times in the last week, and have had a leak every time. it is always up front, high along the waist. it seems like a stuffing error to me, but i triple checked these last 2 times... thoughts?

i've read so much about pockets being THE thing for overnights, but i'm thinking we may need to move back to fitteds.

    Is it a build-up problem?  Maybe if you try stripping them??

    W leaks up front like that (at least hwo it sounds) either day or night, pockets or not, if his shirt comes into contact wtih things. It sounds super simple, but quite often he wakes up with a damp PJ top because it's just got under the wrap, or had pressure wicking to the fleece in the BGs (if he lays on his tummy).

    We have that problem unless we use a hh os.
