I am sorry Bella was sick so many days.  What were you able to get in her?  DS is rejecting most foods and throws up everything we give him - was she throwing up?  did she stay with the nanny?  I took him to daycare today, but I am just waiitng for the call that he is sick. 

Oh, this is so hard when they don't want to eat.  DS also has diarrhea - everything goes right through the poor guy,

    so sorry M is still sick ..

    we weren't sure if Bella had a stomach but or what. she didn't' want to eat, no vomiting though only diarrhea a few days...could've been teething, viral or a bug who know. I think her gums hurt too. she wouldn't even nurseSad

    I ended letting her drink water out of a water bottle ...then I got pedialyte...tried to get her to at least keep hydrated..

    She was with the nanny mostly..we all just kept trying to get her drink..even it it was just water...I tried making her favorites...the pedi just kept telling me she would eat when she felt better  but it was so heartbreaking and frustrating..I was so scared we would end up in the hospital..

    Everything started with a low fever..then the fever left and she wouldn't eat and was fussy and crying all the time..

    She didn't eat from Sun-Thurs...but would drink here and there..

    You can also try the pedialyte pops.

    Is M having wet diapers still? My pedi said as long as she was having wet diapers we just wait it out..when I got desperate and called again because she wasn't eating and had Dara they said try pedialyte..

    My last  resort was going to be to feed her milk in the dropper...

    I did hear that if its a stomach bug you want to stay away from milk..

    hope he feels better soon...I know how hard it is

    I haven't heard from daycare today, but I am betting he is still sick.  Yeah we didn't know about milk and yesterday I tried milk a lot and he constantly threw up.  oops.  Today no real throw up, so I took him in.  He has bad diarrhea but it could be related to the antibiotics.  Ugh.  It sucks when they are so sick.  He declines food, but is drinking water and gatorade.

    oh good to hear he is at least drinking..that is real good..and yes..the diarrhea could totally be from the antibiotics. Dh was on them this past week and he had a bad case of it ...
