Back Window Sun Shades (LsIP)

I found the two listed below and am just wondering if anyone has had any experience with either of them:

DS doesn't sit in the middle due to the other car seat and by the pic below it seems like this one (and maybe the other) won't help to much with him.

Also, we don't have a store around that sells this, so we'd have to buy online.

    The first years one looks like the one we have.  DS sits on the passenger side, and it seems to do ok.  He's really only in my car for morning drop-offs.

    We have the first one " safety 1st rear window shade". Its horrible. I DON'T recommend it at all. It falls down constantly. Such a waste of money!
