Toddlers: 12 - 24 Months

Hooded towels?

My lil' guy is turning 1 soon (can't believe it!) and the grandparents keep asking for gift ideas for him.  I am trying to come up with a few items that we actually need for him, as opposed to just toys, which I know he will still get plenty of.  One thing I thought of his some nice, larger hooded towels.  The ones we have are all really thin and small.  He could definitely start using some more "toddler" sized towels. Any suggestions for ones that you love?

Re: Hooded towels?

  • PBK has cute ones. We just ordered our DD the beach wrap for after swimming and playing at the splash park. It's pretty big and will fit her for some time. They have towels too but they weren't hooded. They have their regular hooded bath towels as well.

  • Kohl's has really good ones - DS has one like a duck and one like a frog.  They are kinda pricey ($24.99) but are often on sale.  They are well-sized and of a good weight of terrycloth.

  • I know my mom found some at Target and I've seen them in Kohl's and Penney's too.
  • I love our PBK ones!

  • I agree with pp. Kohls has a brand called jumping beans. They are usually pricey but on sale right now for 14.99 and if you have an mvc card you can get 15/20/30% off. I justbought 2 and am waiting for them to get here.

  • Agree with PPs re: Kohls (Jumping Beans brand) and Target (Circo brand). We have both brands-they're big, made of a thicker terrycloth towel material, and work great for the tub and pool.
