Well that was a lot of help...not

I decided to call a counseler, I've been putting it off but I think it would help me for now. So I called the number that was given to me on base and the lady on the phone said she had to read a list of cases and if any applied she couldn't help me. One of them was abuse so I told her and she said they aren't even allowed to hear me say that and that I need to hang up. WTH?

    Hmmm. That seems weird to me.  Maybe you could talk to your PCP and see if they recommend any counselors to you.  I hope that you can find someone to talk to, it helps being able to just talk and get things off your chest.  It will make you feel so much better!  GL, hope you can find someone.

    That sucks.  I'm sure it was hard enough to make that call, then to get that response.  Ugh.

    Can you call TRICARE of Military One Source for help?  Please don't let that one woman's response derail your attempt to get help!  You can do it!
