My new year's resolution was to develop a daily yoga practice - I figured it would be a few minutes each day to spend with myself and keep me sane. However, with work and baby, I barely get time to touch my toes, let alone do a sun salutation! If you do yoga, how do you find time? Even ten minutes a day would make me happy....

When I'm in a time crunch, I'll do Namaste Yoga on Fit TV ( it's only a 1/2 hour) or I'll use one of my DVDs right before bed.
On weekends, or days when my schedule is more flexible, I'll go to yoga class.
How about mommy and me yoga classes on the weekend? That way you can take baby with you and maybe make some friends too? Although you said daily, that I can't help with. I can't do daily yoga without a baby.
That's my theory and plan since I will have the same challenge.
