What's this about?  I'm about 7 weeks now.  When I rolled over to get out of bed I felt a pulling on one side.  And it's been there throughout the day so far....not a horrible pain or anything but I can feel it.  It's very low abdomen and stretches up one side.  Not cramps.  I am thinking of calling my doctor's message service to see what they say but I hate to be that paranoid pregnant lady if it's not that big of a deal....

Re: Pulling/stretching pain on one side?
The pain you're feeling is most likely your ovary. When you release an egg, your ovary continues to expel hormones from the corpus luteum until, either, your next cycle begins, or until your pregnancy ends. It happens to all of us. Some people just have sensitive ovaries.
Your ovary is also repairing itself for releasing an egg. Every time an egg is released it, essentially, creates a hole in your ovary. Your ovary has to patch up that spot.
I feel my ovaries every month. The last time I was pregnant, the pain got stronger until I miscarried at almost 8 weeks. Last month, BOTH sides were giving me drama. Maybe I released two eggs during that cycle? I'm now pregnant again and can feel my right side tugging away at me.
