(XP from the Toddler boards, but want an EFF opinion!)
We are in the process of PL with DD. Right now we let her run around with a bare bottom or training undies (the thicker ones). She pretty good about telling us she has to go or going when we have "potty time".
My friend keeps telling me to just put her in pull-ups, it will be "sooo much easier". Since we CD 98% of the time (disposables at night and at things like ECFE and MOPS), I am worried a Pull-Up will feel just like a disposable diaper and she won't know the difference. And I am not too keen on the idea of buying disposable training pants.
If have PT your LO or are in the process, do you use pull-ups or some sort of training pants? All the time or just when you're out and about?

Hmm, interesting. We use prefolds, but do have some BG's. Could we use those without the inserts when we need to leave the house?

I might put a light insert in, depending on how well she is doing.

Oh yeah, maybe the lighter insert (newborn?) for a little extra protection.
Thanks ladies! I knew I could count on you for inspiration!

Yup, that's what I would do. Something that would allow her not to soak her pants, but know when she's wet.
Just make sure that if it's microfiber that you don't have it against the skin. Mf against skin will give a terrible rash because it literally sucks the moisture out of the skin.
We are just starting this process and we'll have cloth trainers. Basically like underwear with a light snap in soaker.
