..My supply is decreasing and I'm thinking this is def. the cause. I've slowly started drinking less and less water. . . so, if you BF, how many oz do you drink each day? TIA!

I shoot for at least 48 oz. I hate water but try to get at least a total of 60 oz. of liquid with more than half of that being water.

I drink no less than 100 oz a day. Any less and I see a huge decrease in my pumping output the next day. I aim for 120.

Probably about 80 maybe more. This is during the week though b/c it is easy for me to do at work. On the weekends I dont get near that much - and I get less milk, too.

150+ oz. I have a 24oz water bottle that I fill and drink the entire thing while I am nursing or pumping. Then I drink a full one through out the night too..

I drink a big glass of water every time I feed her.. so 7-8 glass a day? When I pumped with my previous two children I would get up to 64 oz in a day.
