  We have something similar (sketch with the same amount of nudity) hanging in our bedroom. I love it.

  I'm not sure I'd put it in a common area, though. I wouldn't necessarily be against it, I just think it works well in a bedroom.

  Yes, in a bedroom or bathroom... my mom actually has a painting my grandmother did of a nude (wearing knee socks.. it's weird) and I'd totally hang it, if my mom gave it to me.

  Umm - no.  Definitely not.  Even if I were 125.  Nope. Never.

   

  (That said, I have a friend who when we were young and single, had a nude photograph of herself hanging in her bathroom (just her body, no head) and I think that traumatized me when I used her bathroom (not the main house bathroom but still).)

  NMS, but I have seen similar ones in other's homes...

  DH's Aunt and Uncle have a very tasteless nude in their home...it is a sketch of a very odd looking woman pinching her nipple in what I believe is supposed to be a sexy way....and it is huge (the sketch not the nipple...though it being so big does make the nipple huge too)...it is hanging in their livingroom...so when you sit on the couch it is all you see....I find it really awkward because it is just weird.  That image you show is actually tasteful...and not awkward....just NMS.

   I grew up with nudie art all over the house. ! i was 12/13 i remember putting kleenex over the pictures before my friends would come over. HA

  Yes! I love them. I wouldnt out up anything with boobs or genitalia but Line drawings or figure drawings are my fave - especially Matisse.

  ....and there is another artist who I like, Egon Schiele, but wouldnt put most of his stuff up because most of of it is too 'much' for my taste. Heres an example of something i do love of his:

  Absolutely.
