Julia as a middle name?

Has anyone used Julia as a middle name? I love it, but we wont be using it as a first name for a few reasons, so i was thinking maybe as a middle name. But for some reason it doesnt flow in my head.

If you used Julia as a middle name, what was the first name?

I feel like the first name needs to be a longer name for it too work, like Katherine Julia rather than something shorter like Grace Julia.

Thoughts?

    No first name suggestions here, but just wanted to say that I think you could get away with a longer OR a short first name with Julia- but it totally depends on how many syllables your last name is.  I think you need to take that into account for the overall flow.

    My niece is Claire Julia.

    I think it needs to be just the right name...

    Reese Julia.

    Kate Julia.

    Layne Julia. 

    It's hard to come up with names to go with it.

    Since Julia is a three-syllbable name, I'd actually go with something shorter for the first name.  I think it's a great choice for a middle name!

    I would just pick a first name you like.  How often are the first and middle names said together anyway?

    Also, Julia is a beautiful name.

    I just wanted to say that MY FIRST name is Julia :) Haven't heard it as a middle name before, but i'd be interested to hear what you decide on!
