Success after IF

9wks and m/s has suddenly disappeared in last 24 hrs - Should I worry?

I'm on a business trip through the weekend, so there's not much that I can do.  I actually feel great, which is kinda weird.  Has this happened to anyone else?  Have your m/s symptoms disappeared, but everything is still fine?  This is about the same time we discovered the missed m/c last time, so I'm a little worried.

  • Nope. What little symptoms I had startedd to go away right about 8 or 9 weeks. By 10 weeks I felt wonderful! It is hard not to think the worst, but symptoms can come and go - tomorrow you may wake up feeling like crap again. It is not a sign something is wrong though so try to hang in there.
A lot of years and a million tears finally led me to you.
After 7 years trying to concieve, 3 failed IUIs and 2 failed IVFs, my third IVF was a success!
My Christmas baby turned into a turkey bird! Dillon Richard was born at 34 weeks, 5 days on November 28, 2009 after 10 weeks on bedrest for preeclampsia.

  • Mine will come and go for days at a time. I will think it is gone, and the next day I am miserable. When you get home, if you are concerned, see if your OB, or at least his nurse will see you.

You are fine, but if you are feeling anxious about it, there is no reason not to call.

  • I went in at 10 weeks, literally, with the complaint that nothing is wrong.

lol. All was well. Enjoy feeling better!

  • Someone once said, you don't have to feel miserable everyday when you are pregnant.  Enjoy the good days.  I seem to have one every week, and then the m/s comes back.
  • No worries.  Starting around that point I had days that were good but it still came back. Enjoy not feeling sick today!

  • Mine comes and goes as it pleases.  Earlier this week it was awful but starting yesterday I felt much better.  Today, not feeling too great so we'll see.

  • My (awful) m/s disappeared right around 9w ... and came back about 3-4 days later, and stuck w/ me until I delivered .... I took a zofran every single day - even the day I gave birth!
  • I had the exact same experience -- mine disappeared at 8 or 9 weeks, and I freaked out too.  It came back later to some extent, but never as intense.  As you can see from my ticker, all turned out fine for me.  Good luck!
