where ya been, girl? you ok? how's your back? i went to a chiropractor last week who adjusted me. she said some of my pain is due to scar tissue from the epidural. she snapped me in a few places and i feel better (although it wasn't until 1-2 days later). just thought i'd mention that to you in case you're interested.
