Officially done with formula

After 1 year and 1 week, we are done with formula.  Made the last pitcher last night for today and once he's done with that, that's it. 

We are going to FL next week and he will be on milk 100% of the time.  I'm kind of nervous about that though.   I know that sounds silly.  He drinks a little in the afternoon in his sippy cup (that we are still trying to master).  He's not allergic to it or anything, I am just so used to giving him the formula it's just gonna seem weird to just hand him a bottle of milk. 

Boy next week is gonna be all kinds of different things for DS:

1.  No more formula -just milk

2.  Sleeping in a new place while we are away

3.  Totally being off schedule.

Oy vey I'm gonna need a vacation from my vacation.

    I am pretty jealous!  We're still on formula until we can get him to drink any milk from a sippy cup.  Are you putting milk in a bottle?  He's only getting 3 bottles of formula a day, so its not too bad!  :)

    Best feeling ever!  I did a dance around my kitchen when I emptied the last pitcher of formula!  Congrats!

    We did put milk in a bottle for a while. He would get one in the AM, and before bed. By 16 months, we were completely on sippys... It was hard to do, but felt great when it was done!
