I have to AW my splurge--can't believe I got this!

When I used to read the tri posts back in pregnancy and the newborn phase I NEVER in a million years thought I'd ever get or WANT a Coach diaper bag. But while on a business trip I stopped at the outlet mall and stopped at the Coach store. They had a coupon for an EXTRA 30% off the sale/clearance prices. I got one that was regularly $398 marked to $199 and then ended up paying $138. YES---its still a ton of money but my thoughts were that I could use it for a work bag (perfect for a laptop) and also for a diaper bag.

I nervously took it out last night for the first time and it was PERFECT. Instead of carrying two bags (one for his food since he's allergic to everything I have to bring his own foods to restaurants)--and also had plenty of room for his epi pen box, benadryl, diapers, etc. It has so many cool compartments! I just love it.

AND....I got another coach bag for about $84 that was regularly $300 (it's sooo cute even my DH liked it!!) and then a smaller one that was like $40 --regularly over $200 that is adorable as well.

I couldn't pass up the deals! I'm SO not like this---I only have one coach bag that I bought on clearance years ago--so this was a total splurge.

Definitely recommend the Coach outlet stores.

Cool. I have a few coach purses that I got on clearance and with coupons as well. They are the only thing I will spluge on.

I figure I don't splurge much and DH didn't care at all--I still work part-time and he just doesn't really care what I spend just as I don't care what he spends. PLUS he didn't get me a bday gift so he asked if it could be considered a bday gift from him--LOL. Gotta love it.

Oh--and also got my mom a really nice/classy hobo bag--she's also a simpleton like me and has just one bag that she splurged on years ago--so this was a 'thank you' for all that she's done for me. She's the best mom ever.

I love Coach outlets! I go to one in Mass. I got a purse a liitle smaller than the diaper bag but I use it as my diaper bag...I LOVE IT Sooo much easier and a lot of room.
