  Last year I bought a couple.  My favorite were the ones from Old Navy.  I haven't seen them in stores yet but figure they may be out soon.

  coolibar has some cute ones (DS is wearing one in my siggy).

  I bought it on amazon.

  ETA:Ok, so it's not really a bucket hat but it's still cute! And it has spf50 built into it. Plus it is lightweight and dries SUPER quick which came in handy when my DS flung it into the water.

  The Gap has a dark green bucket hat in toddler section which will be big enough since I think they go to 4-7 sized hats.  It even has the strap under the chin.
